Q. In Microsoft’s Internet Explorer® 7, I receive a message stating that the security certificate has been revoked. What does this mean?

A. The security certificate has not been revoked; this message appears due to a security setting in IE 7. You can adjust this security setting by going to Tools menu within IE 7, and selecting Internet Options. Select the Advanced tab, and scroll down to the Security section. Uncheck the box that reads, “Check for server certificate revocation.” You may need to restart IE for this change to take effect.

Q. I filled out a form on gft.com.au, but when I clicked the Submit button, it said fields in blue were missing, but I don't see any fields in blue. What does this mean?

A. If you have the Google Toolbar plug-in installed on your browser, the Auto-Fill option may be blocking the blue background of the missing form fields. You can turn off the Auto-Fill option by going to the Google Toolbar settings and selecting Options. Uncheck the Auto Fill box and then click the OK button. You may need to restart your browser for this change to take effect.

Q. How do I get a free trial?

A. Visit www.gft.com.au/freetrial to register for a free trial. You will then receive an email with your login information. You should also download the DealBook® 360 software from www.gft.com.au/software/dealbook360/download.asp.

Q. How do I log in to my trading account?

A. You can log into your account through our desktop, web-based or mobile platforms. Download DealBook® 360 from www.gft.com.au/software/dealbook360/download.asp to access your account through our desktop software. You can use the same login name and password to access your account through DealBook® WEB, located at dealbookweb.demo.gftforex.com. In addition, you can download the mobile version of our software for your preferred wireless device at www.gft.com.au/software/mobile.

Q. How can I deposit funds, and what payment methods do you accept?

A. Please visit www.gft.com.au/support/deposit for complete deposit instructions and accepted payment methods. You can deposit funds online by credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover), PayPal® or wire transfer.

Q. Are there training modules on the website?

A. You can view quick and simple video tutorials that will help you learn about many of the features of DealBook® 360 by visiting www.gft.com.au/software/dealbook360/tutorials.asp. More information can be found in the DealBook® 360 user manual, which you can access at www.gft.com.au/software/dealbook360/download.asp.

Q. What are your swap or rollover rates?

A. Current customers can view GFT’s swap or rollover rates by logging in to their live account through DealBook® 360. Open the Analytic Pages menu from the top toolbar, and click on Roll Over Rates or Swap Rates. In DealBook® WEB, click on the Analytics tab, then choose Roll Over Rates or Swap Rates.
