Global Forex Trading CEO & President, Gary L. Tilkin, Named Regional Winner For Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year®

July 14, 2004 - ADA, Michigan - Gary L. Tilkin, president and CEO of Global Forex Trading, was named Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2004 for the financial services category within the Lake Michigan region.

He is now eligible for the national honor and will be inducted into the Entrepreneur Of The Year Hall of Fame at a nationwide event to be held in Palm Springs, Calif.

U.S. entrepreneurs will be announced On Saturday, Nov. 20, 2004, and are then considered for the world event to take place in Monte Carlo.

Tilkin earned the prestige for his entrepreneurial leadership and innovation that has propelled GFT into a leader in online currency trading and for developing DealBook®FX 2, a forex trading platform used by clients in more than 100 countries worldwide.

Tilkin is a 30–year–veteran in futures and currencies trading. To date, he has established and built several successful futures brokerage firms that have confirmed his abilities to manage risk for his clients while earning him a reputation for offering unsurpassed customer service.

In 1997, Tilkin created Global Forex Trading, Division of Global Futures & Forex, Ltd., one of the first brokerage firms in the U.S. to offer online forex trading. With the introduction of the forex trading platform, DealBook®FX, the company outpaced its competitors.
